Parabola Imperial Stout 2018

Parabola is a beer of immensity- so righteously thick that we can barely push it through the brewhouse before aging it in retired spirits barrels. The 2018 vintage presents prodigious aromas and flavors of chocolate, charred oak, vanilla, black cherry and coffee. The result is a one-of-a-kind sipping experience that is built to last. Aged for over a year in bourbon barrels, it gains depth, complexity and intensity, then blended and released in limited quantities.
