Omnipollo – Karl’s Mild – 5.3%

This is the latest in the mild collaboration series between Newbarns in Leith and Sweden’s Omnipollo. The team first brewed a dark mild with Omnipollo in March 2024 at their church in Stockholm. Although Omnipollo are known for their fruit, pastry, hoppy and modern beers, there’s a love and interest in delving into historic British beer styles. Dark and comforting, and just right for right now.
