Bottle fermented for a smoother carbonation, the Manhattan Sour was aged in Wild Turkey barrels for 18 months. It is a complex sour with vanilla, sweet cherry and toasted oak flavour. It has a thick and jammy palate with a clean finish rounded out by mild tannins.
