Bright – Fresh – Grapefruit Can Sumoi dates back to 1645, located in a glorious solitary landscape – 400 hectares of land 600m above sea level. 30 of these hectares are planted with Parellada, Xarel·lo and Sumoll vines, the rest is given over to oak, holm oak and pine woodland and the winery building and other 17th-century farmhouses. Winemaker Pepe Raventós is committed to respect for the environment, natural and biodynamic vinification, and the production of high-altitude natural wines with the least possible intervention. This exceptional fresh and light rose has tart strawberry and raspberry fruits on the nose, alongside notes of pear, citrus, lychee, jasmine and orange blossom water.
