Kit

Part of our quarterly lager releases. This Vienna lager was designed by our brewer Tara and named after her son Kit. Large amounts of Vienna malt and a touch of Munich gives this beer its deep amber hue alongside toasted bread aromas and flavours. After being cold fermented for 2 weeks we then keep the beer at -1C for3 weeks to give a clean crisp bite. German Spalter hops balance the beer with an earthy almost savoury herb character.
