One of our greatest technical brewing challenges lie in producing a beer style that leaves no room for error, with no bold flavours to mask imperfections or imbalance. We match Munich’s water profile and use the best German grain and hops. By using a single decoction mash step, the outcome is malty yet crisp, delicate and refined.
