Gypsy Fruits

�Gypsy Fruits� is a grapefruit version of �Gypsy Funk� a barrel aged Sour IPA 8 Wired released a few years ago. They took a sour beer that was aged in barrels for about 2 years then added a large amount of local organic grapefruits, then aged it for another 3 months, blended it and dry hopped it heavily. It’s very grapefruity and since they used real grapefruit (not extract) it has the characteristic bitterness of the fruit as well, not just the flavour. It’s pretty full on but we love it, hope you will too !
