In post Brexit Britain, we are currently unable to source lambic from our friends on the mainland which deeply saddens us. This years Cuvée is therefore a blend of mixed fermentation and spontaneously fermented beers, all produced at Burning Sky. Light, spritzy and complex, it can be enjoyed now or aged further.
