White Wine Sour6.9% ABV | 473ml This beer expresses our gratitute for the support of good friends and family and to celebrate the acheivements of starting a small business. There is a lot of love put into this mix-fermentation beer. Soured with lactobacillus, fermented with Kveik Ale yeast, and tank conditioned with white wine grape juice and champagne yeast. Brings fresh notes of citrus, orchard, tropical fruit, and mild tartness with the fizz of champagne. It might be sour but it’s filled with bubbles of joy.
