Burnt Mill Dunescape New England Pale Ale 5.5%

This is Burnt Mill’s second beer in their Hop Unlock yeast experiments, with a Thiol yeast unlocking extra flavour potential from the hops. Starting with a base of extra pale, dextrin and oats, the brew team then added Chinook in the mash for some extra hoppy thiol power. In the dry hop, they used an old favourite, Citra, along with an experimental hop, HBC586, to give a fruit bomb of deliciousness. This beer is also gluten free. Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast
