Welcome to Bravissimo – the alpha edition of our signature barrel-aged Bravo imperial brown ale. The journey of this beer began when we brewed a special high-gravity variant of Bravo with chocolate rye malt. After a year of maturation in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels, this small-batch barleywine was blended back into a lot of traditional barrel-aged Bravo. The result is a richer, stickier rendition of this Firestone Walker classic.
