Bourbon County Coffee Stout 2022

Our Bourbon County Coffee Stout has been a fan favorite since we released it as one of our first Bourbon County Stout variants in 2010. For the first time since 2017, we brought back this coffee variant in partnership with our friends at Intelligentsia Coffee. Intelligentsia sources some of the sweetest and cleanest coffees in the world from Burundi, which complement the taste of Bourbon County Stout perfectly. The specific blend of coffee used in this beer is called Turihamwe, which means « together » in Burundi, and is a tribute to all the people who contributed to its creation, from the female coffee farmers who grew the beans to our friends at Intelligentsia. The result is a delicious coffee variant with rich chocolate, coffee, and caramel flavors that will appeal to both coffee and beer lovers.
