A STOUT WITH COFFEE

Coffee Stout5.0% ABV | 473ml As perpetual coffee drinkers around the brewery, ASWC is a series of stouts featuring coffee roasters we love and admire and, selfishly, a way for us to explore how different beans express themselves in beer. We’ve kept the ABV relatively low, the body chewy and voluptuous, and let the coffee do most of the talking. Our newest edition is made with Dream Weaver beans, from Anchored Coffee located in Dartmouth Nova Scotia. This batch of beans was specifically roasted for use in this beer, providing notes of red fruits, strawberry and caramel to the chewy, roasty, toasty base beer that sits at a very comfortable – Bellwoods Brewing
