En 2012, lorsque j’ai commencé à m’intéresser à la bière artisanale, l’une des rares brasseries étrangères que je trouvais dans les premières caves à bières, comme Fietje, c’était Baladin. Des bouteilles distinctes des long necks classiques, un design épuré rappelant le monde du vin, des styles innovants pour l’époque… J’ai rapidement été séduit.
